Abstract: 

The importance of sustainability development for developing countries and their tourism is a major issue. This study presents a new approach and framework for spatial modelling of tourism Products potentials (TPP) in their sustainability evaluation. The approach was developed based on the GIS multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) and its performance was evaluated for spatial TPP mapping in Tabriz city, Iran. To achieve this purpose, we recognized the main Components of Tourism Development indicators (CTDI) such as attractions, accommodation, services and infrastructures facilities to improving sustainable tourism, and determined their significance using the Geographic information Systems (GIS). Furthermore, the uncertainty analyze was applied to diminish the inherent error in criteria weights. A GIS-based aggregation function was applied to discern the TPP map. Finally, the emphasis in this paper investigates the practical usage of GIS for the benefit of sustainable tourism development. In particular, it inquired the possible opportunities and challenges facing the adoption of GIS to assist sustainable tourism development. The purpose of this article is to map and explore existing and potential attractions, tourism services and facilities in Tabriz and to ensure that potential opportunities are available for all tourists to enjoy enjoyable experiences in order to reveal their diverse economic, social, political and cultural benefits. Build on the positive and negative aspects of their construction and present them with appropriate solutions for tourism development that lead to sustainable tourism development and infrastructure improvement.

Abstract: 

Complex Products and Systems (CoPS) are Products, Systems, services and infrastructure assets that are costly and require advanced technology and are known as capital goods. The technological Complexity of CoPS is an important competitive advantage, for companies and even governments. As these Products are customized, the development of them is considered as projects. In compare to common projects, the difference in the nature of the CoPS Products has led to some differences in managing them. In this study, we are going to explore the differences in the CoPS projects and how they are managed by exploring the comprehensive CoPs literature review from the project management perspective. In the initial search, 84 papers were identified. After studying abstracts, the number of related articles was reduced to 22. After studying articles, we classified them and examined how to managed CoPS projects. According to the results, managing CoPS projects are diffrent from some aspects such as integration management, communication management, scope management, project planning and control, time and cost management, risk management and stakeholder management in compared to common projects. Organizations should consider these differences in managing CoPS projects. The results also indicate that the number of studies carried out on CoPS projects is not very high, especially in Iran. The most important identified gap research is the lack of applied studies in various industries, including communications, defense industries, and so on.

Abstract: 

Considering the increasing importance of Complex defense Products and Systems along with their very different nature with mass production and civil Products on one hand, and considering the severe obstacles to international technological collaboration to develop these Products and the particular conditions of Iran on the other, Along with mentioning successful examples of the development of such Products in the country, led the researchers to provide a framework for analyzing technological capabilities in Complex defense Products and Systems as a tool for policy and planning. The strategy of this research is case-study and also in a stage of research meta-synthesis is used to generate a set of technological capabilities for the development of Complex Products and Systems, and to provide a final model, a case study of one successful case is done studying organizational documents and conducting 30 in-depth interviews. Finally, the resulting framework provides technological capabilities in five strategic, infrastructure, project, process, and product categories along with their criteria, and offers suggestions and examples for analysis. In the results section, there are some operational suggestions for applying the proposed model in organizations and providing recommendations for future studies.

Abstract: 

Majority of defense product and Systems belong to Complex product Systems. In the other hand, specific capabilities are required to innovate and develop these Complex product and Systems. So, this research aims at investigating on key capabilities required for innovation and development of defense Complex Products and Systems, through applying Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method. In order to verify and categorize identified capabilities from research background, we used opinions of some experts from defense industries. Furthermore, through distributing questionnaires among defense industries managers and specialists, both importance of capabilities and performance of defense industries in establishing and enhancing these capabilities were evaluated. Our findings show that, defense organizations and industries should create and improve these capabilities respectively: 1. Intra and inter organizational knowledge management; 2. Market and customer relationship management; 3. System integration; 4. Networking, interaction and collaboration; 5. technological; 6. Planning and management of mega projects; 7. Test, manufacturing and production.

Abstract: 

Knowledge management has a key role in projects, it also has great significance in development of Complex Product and Systems (CoPS). All Organization needs CoPS in order to survive and develop. Hence it is needed to introduce the basic concepts of CoPS and identify models associated with development of CoPS and recognize their characteristics. In this article we propose to introduce these models and study knowledge roles and impacts on various stages of optimized model. Knowledge sharing tools are classified based on the evaluation of different stages of the model.

Abstract: 

Complex Products and Systems (CoPS), have an important and growing role in the economic activities of firms, industries and countries. In the last two decades with changes in the market and technology, advanced industrial nations have tend to produce CoPS. Nowaday in the research and technology priorities there are some national macro-projects such as the construction of aircraft. This indicates the need to investigate the characteristics that influence the success of these projects. The aim of this study is to introduce and evaluate the critical success factors of innovation in Complex Products and Systems. After extraction of indicators that influence the success of innovation and offering them as a model, assumptions will be accepted or rejected by using questionnair data and factor analysis. Then it will determinate the importance of factors, investigate them in the production of national helicopter by using statistical tests and introduce strengths and weaknesses of the national helicopter manufacturing project. Statistical population consisted of University of Tehran professors and experts in the Iran aviation industry organization. The results of this study indicates that the weaknesses of national helicopter manufacturing project are problems in quick entry to potential markets, flexibility, project activities schedule, creating multiple skills, managing Complexity and uncertainty, and using integrated knowledge in the process of new product development.

Abstract: 

This study was conducted during summer and winter of 2018- 2019 in the agricultural research field of Shahid Chamran University. Experimental design was split- plot based on RCBD with three replications. The main plot was the type of agricultural system in three levels including conventional (Conv), organic (Org) and sustainable (Sust) (integrated between Conv and Org) and sup- plot was the type of pre- cultivated crop in sequence with wheat including cultivation of mung bean (M- W), corn (C- W), sesame (S- W) and fallow (F- W). Yield quantity (yield and its component) and quality (grain protein), an estimate of photosynthesis matter transfer index of wheat and soil organic carbon (SOC) after one double-cropping were measured. The result showed that the highest (545.04 g/m2) and the lowest (409.28 g/m2) seed yields were obtained in Conv and Org respectively. In contract, with the changing type of system from Conv to Org, grain protein was increased significantly (from 8.3 to 9.6 %). In addition, the highest (535.47 g/m2) yield of wheat was obtained from M- W double cropping. On the other hands the highest remobilization and current photosynthesis matter were obtained in the organic agricultural system with M- W and conventional with M- W double cropping. The situation of SOC showed that the highest (33.18 mg/g) SOC was obtained in the organic agricultural system with C- W double cropping. The reason for improving SOC in the organic and sustainable agricultural system was application of organic matter (compost and vermicompost) and crop residue management. Totally, from the crop ecology point of view, sustainable agricultural method with a sequence of M- W was the most desirable system.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Carney Complex is an autosomal dominant syndrome that is defined with different tumors including myxoma in different organs, endocrine tumors and lentiginosis lesions. This is the first case report of this syndrome from Iran.Case: The patient is a 27 year old girl, referred with flank pain. Physical examination revealed hirsutism, truncal obesity, hyperpigmantasion and hypertension; Cushing's syndrome was suggested and confirmed with related classic biochemical tests. She had history of cardiac myxoma during her childhood and had been operated twice.Pituitary microadenoma and right adrenal adenoma were reported on MRI and CT-scan, respectively. Initially laparascopic right adrenalectomy was done; as expected, no remission in signs of Cushing's syndrome was observed after surgery. By laparoscopic adrenalectomy of the other site, Cushing's syndrome resolved. Pathologic report of 1st operation was adrenal adenoma with surrounding pigmented micronodular hyperplasia and of the 2nd one was just pigmented micronodular hyperplasia.Conclusion: We have reported a patient with Carney syndrome along with Cushing's syndrome due to bilateral adrenal hyperplasia and an adenoma in contralateral adrenal and microadenoma of the pituitary as an incidentaloma. This is a new presentation of Carney syndrome.

Abstract: 

In this paper, a general Complex fuzzy linear system is introduced and a numerical procedure for calculating solution is proposed. Finally, some numerical examples are given to illustrate the mentioned method.
